O filme foi realizado por Joe Massot, que originalmente queria filmar apenas os Madness que conheceu durante a sua tournée nos Estados Unidos. Mais tarde Massot, mudou os seus planos para incluir o movimento 2 tone. O filme, rodado em 1981, incluía actuações dos Madness, The Specials, The Selecter, The Bodysnatchers, The Beat e os Bad Manners numa tour pelo Reino Unido.
